One woman died as a result of the fire. Another man received a burn of his hands, he was assisted on the spot, he refused hospitalization, ”explained in the department of information policy of the region.
Yevgeny Kuyvashev went to meet with the victims of the fire. He stated that the houses of the inhabitants of Shaydurikha destroyed by fire would be restored. The village began to accept applications for a one-time payment to fire victims and draw up social passports for them, which will contain the information necessary to provide assistance: the number of members of each family, their needs and a list of things lost in the fire.
“The services are aimed at providing all the necessary services to restore the documents of the victims of the fire as soon as possible. A commission has been created that will assess the damage and draw up documents for material assistance from the administration,” Oleksandr Berchuk said. The press service of the regional prosecutor’s office noted that the department will monitor the observance of the rights of the villagers and provide legal assistance to the victims, including in receiving payments in connection with the loss of property.
The Department of Forestry in the Urals Federal District reported that they are considering several versions of what happened in the village of Shaydurikha, reports Interfax. “According to preliminary data, the fire broke out in the floodplain of Lake Ayatskoe. There are versions that at the same time the fire started from the other side – from the old sawmill in the village and from the center of the village: an old abandoned house caught fire, ”said the agency’s interlocutor.
What happened in Shaydurikha is not the first major fire in the Sverdlovsk region this year.
