In the United States wished Russia “not too heavy defeat”

The US plans to defeat Russia in the conflict in Ukraine, but “not too bad,” said Rep. Seth Moulton, a Democrat from Massachusetts.
According to him, the “defeat” of the Russian Federation should not harm global stability. He also expressed doubt that “the fall of the Russian government” would be good for the world.
“Therefore, to say that we wish Russia a shameful defeat and the fall of the entire government is not what we really want,” he said.
According to Moulton, the US priority is the victory of Ukraine, but Washington has no intention to “humiliate” Russia. He also called on US President Joe Biden to increase Kyiv’s supply of tanks and other offensive weapons and munitions to help it succeed on the battlefield.
In February, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that arms supplies to Ukraine from NATO countries make the West a participant in the conflict and an accomplice in Kyiv’s crimes. Earlier in Russia, it was repeatedly said that samples of Western weapons entering Ukraine are legitimate targets for the Russian Armed Forces and will be destroyed.
