In the Sverdlovsk region introduced a mode of high alert

On the territory of the Sverdlovsk region, a high alert mode was introduced, a decree on this was signed on June 24 by the governor of the region Evgeny Kuyvashev, reported in the Telegram channel of the department of information policy of the region.
The report notes that the ministries and departments, municipal administrations of the region, whose powers include the solution of issues of protecting the population and territories from natural and man-made emergencies, need to ensure the implementation of appropriate measures.
The high-alert mode involves, among other things, the continuous collection, processing and transmission of data on predicted emergencies to the authorities and forces of the Sverdlovsk subsystem of the RSChS, informing the population about them, forming operational groups, and carrying out evacuation measures if necessary.
Earlier, the authorities of Moscow, the Moscow and Voronezh regions, against the background of the events around the Wagner PMC, announced the introduction of a counter-terrorist operation (CTO) regime in these regions.
On the evening of June 23, in social networks associated with the founder of the PMC, Yevgeny Prigozhin, on his behalf, it was announced about a missile attack on one of the rear camps of a military company and other statements were circulated. The Ministry of Defense stated that reports of attacks on Wagner PMC fighters are not true and are an “information provocation.” The Prosecutor General’s Office reported that the Investigation Department of the FSB of Russia opened a criminal case on the organization of an armed rebellion against Prigozhin. Today, the Ministry of Defense urged Wagner PMC fighters to “show prudence” and contact the ministry or law enforcement agencies in order to safely return to their permanent deployment points.
Later, Russian President Vladimir Putin made an appeal, where he called what was happening “a blow to Russia, to our people.” He stated that those who “deliberately embarked on the path of betrayal, who prepared an armed rebellion, embarked on the path of blackmail and terrorist methods, will suffer inevitable punishment.”
