The Dobrynya hotel in the customs zone of the city of Millerovo, Rostov region, has ceased operation. The owner of Dobrynya then explained to Don Mash that military personnel are not allowed to stay at the hotel, as this scares away other potential clients. “People don’t want to come with their children that day. They are afraid, they don’t want to. And it turns out that at that time we only had military personnel,” she said. The channel’s interlocutor also added that usually military personnel behave badly, for example, smoking in their rooms and leaving a lot of garbage.
