The Iskitimsky District Court of the Novosibirsk Region suspended the work of the Lososnem sushi production company after the poisoning of 15 people. In the case materials it saysthat the regional department of Rospotrebnadzor, following an inspection, revealed violations of sanitary and epidemiological requirements in the work of the organization. According to the department, the owner of the company, individual entrepreneur Svetlana Sheveleva, did not ensure the presence of bactericidal equipment in the food portioning area, and there was also no logbook for examining staff for pustular diseases and a logbook of temperature conditions for storing products.
