The Ukrainian edition of Strana.ua reported that in the Kyiv region, the authorities appealed to local residents and urged them to limit their electricity consumption as much as possible from seven in the morning to eleven in the evening.
Among other things, the authorities recommended that local residents turn off the refrigerator and do not use it throughout the day.
“From 7 am to 11 pm on the territory of the Kyiv region, it is necessary to limit energy consumption as much as possible,” the publication notes.
