The Armed Forces of Ukraine (APU) shelled the village of Elizavetovka in the Glushkovsky district of the Kursk region, informed Governor of the region Roman Starovoit in his Telegram channel.
“The village of Elizavetovka, Glushkovsky district, was shelled from the Ukrainian side. In total, four arrivals were recorded, ”the message says.
The shelling damaged a power line and a gas pipe – they will begin to be restored as soon as it is safe. The governor also said that windows, facades and fences were damaged in two houses. The owners will be assisted in their restoration.
Starovoit reported 10 arrivals at Elizavetovka on 1 August. Then two houses and one car were damaged.
In the Kursk region, a high (“yellow”) level of terrorist danger is indefinitely. Since October 19, 2022, by decree of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, the average level of response has been set in the regions. The region is regularly shelled by Ukraine.
