The governor of the Kursk region bordering Ukraine, Roman Starovoit, announced the extension of the “yellow” level of terrorist danger for 15 days – until September 7.
“Many important events are planned in the region in the first days of September. I ask residents to be vigilant: report suspicious citizens, abandoned objects and unmanned aerial vehicles to 112,” Starovoit wrote in his Telegram channel.
An increased level of terrorist threat has been in effect in the Kursk region since the beginning of April. The day before his action extended in two other border regions.
