The governor of the Kursk region, Roman Starovoyt, said that as a result of attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Zheleznogorsk region, a substation and a heating main were damaged. Several settlements were left without electricity, and there was no heating in 17 apartment buildings.
According to Mr. Starovoit’s message, the heating has been turned off in the houses of the 14th microdistrict. “The consequences of the attack are being eliminated. On my instructions, the Minister of Housing and Communal Services and Fuel and Energy Complex of the Kursk Region, Alexander Mulevin, went to the site,” the governor wrote in his Telegram channel.
Roman Starovoit did not specify what kind of attack on the Kursk region he was talking about. The last time shelling in the region was reported was on January 1. Then, in the village of Troitskoye, Korenevsky district, two houses and outbuildings were damaged.
