In TiNAO, as part of the program for creating places of employment, the Senkino industrial park is being built. At the moment, 45% of the space is already booked. The first stage of the facility will be built in the middle of the year. The installation of roof slabs and walls are currently underway.
“The program for creating places of employment allows the city to create modern sites that are convenient from a logistics point of view, where businesses can locate production quickly and without additional investments in repairs and maintenance. The industrial infrastructure created under the MPT program is in high demand,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky, Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Moscow Department of Investment and Industrial Policy. He added that the volume of requests for accommodation amounted to almost half of the available space. Construction will be fully completed in 2026. The emergence of an industrial park will create more than 2.8 thousand jobs.
Senkino will house manufacturers of equipment for cardboard processing, water treatment and many others. The facility is being built by the development company Parametr, which is part of the PIK Group of Companies. There will be convenient access to the industrial complex from the Kaluga and Kyiv highways.
According to the company’s managing partner Alexander Manunin, the demand for light industrial industrial parks is growing. The total volume of customer requests for Senkino in 2023 has already exceeded the park’s capacity several times over.
