In Lviv, the police detained a local resident who was listening to Russian music very loudly in the city center. A video of the incident spread across social networks: a man set up a disco in an apartment in one of the houses and forced the entire street to listen to his playlist by opening the windows. Passers-by were outraged by the behavior of the music lover, as the songs of the group “Tender May” were playing from his speakers.
According to the videos, the disco lasted a long time. Thus, passers-by began filming the first videos with music while it was still daylight, and when the police arrived, the street was already dark. The police took the man out into the street and offered to voluntarily go to the department, he refused and argued with the police, as well as with passers-by, who expressed dissatisfaction with him: “Russian music all over the street!” The dispute was conducted in Ukrainian, but the citizen insisted that it was his personal business what music to listen to. Opponents responded that by his behavior he provoked those around him.
After some altercations, the police detained the man. Whether any punishment followed is unknown.
