In the Belgorod region, shelling of the village of Leninsky was reported

The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) shelled the village of Leninsky in the Belgorod region. This was announced by the Governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov.

“Under the shelling of the Armed Forces of Ukraine came the village of Leninsky, Shebekinsky urban district. There were no casualties,” wrote he is in his Telegram channel.

Gladkov said that as a result of the arrival, the power line was damaged. Glass was also broken in two houses, their facades and fences on the territory of households were damaged, the governor added. Now the consequences of the attack are being eliminated by emergency and operational services.

On the eve of April 24, the Armed Forces of Ukraine fired on the Belgorod region twice, Gladkov said. The first time the arrivals of shells were recorded in the farm Mukhina. There were no casualties, but two houses, one outbuilding and one car were damaged.

A few hours later, the Ukrainian military shelled the village of Yasnye Zori. No one was hurt in the attack either. At the same time, windows in a private house and an enterprise building were damaged and the power line was cut off.

Earlier, in the Belgorod region, they refused to hold the Victory Parade on May 9. Gladkov explainedthat such a decision is related to the safety of the residents of the area.

Since the beginning of Russia’s special operation in Ukraine, Russian border regions have repeatedly been shelled by Ukraine. Now in the Belgorod, Bryansk and Kursk regions, as well as in the Crimea, a high (“yellow”) level of terrorist danger is indefinitely.

In addition, since October 19, 2022, by decree of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, a medium level of response has been set in eight regions. Among them are Crimea, Sevastopol, Krasnodar Territory, Belgorod, Kursk, Voronezh, Bryansk and Rostov regions. In the new regions of the Russian Federation – the DPR, LPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions – martial law has been introduced.
