In Shchelkovo, an employee of the Criminal Code drove a local resident into an Audi during the conflict

In Shchelkovo, near Moscow, an employee of a management company, who was driving an Audi car, deliberately ran over a woman during a conflict with local residents. A criminal case has been opened for intentionally causing grievous bodily harm (Part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), reported press service regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The victim, born in 1984, was hospitalized with multiple fractures of both legs. An employee of a management company born in 1998 may face punishment including imprisonment for up to ten years.

How it conveys RT, we are talking about an employee of the Paritet management company. TASS, citing a source in law enforcement agencies, reports that the conflict occurred near one of the houses on Kosmodemyanskaya Street: a company employee tried to hide from disgruntled residents of a residential building who demanded to turn on the heating.

At the same time, the Paritet company claims that the woman who was driving the Audi does not work for the company. “She doesn’t work for us and never has. People came to the management company to voice complaints about the lack of heat, I admit, there really are questions. Residents mistook the girl who was in the building of the Criminal Code for our employee,” Ramazan Alidibirov, head of Paritet, told RT.
