The consular department of the Russian embassy in the Republic of Korea reported that a Russian woman injured in a stampede in the center of Seoul left the hospital, her health condition is assessed as satisfactory.
“As far as we know, she left after one or two days. The girl helped the families resolve some issues – she was familiar with the dead. Everything is fine with her,” the embassy told TASS.
As for the Russians who died in the state of emergency, as the diplomats specified, the bodies of two of them will be sent by ferry to Vladivostok on Friday. Then the body of the third deceased will be transported to Russia by the consulate. The body of the last, the fourth of the dead, will be cremated.
It is reported that the Korean government has announced to pay compensation to the relatives of all dead foreigners.
