In Samara, two Tajiks, while in a car, mocked a girl and at the same time broadcast online, Deputy Speaker of the Moscow City Duma Andrey Medvedev wrote on his Telegram channel.
“In Samara, two Tajik guests mocked a Russian girl and broadcast online. It’s not very clear, they got her drunk/drugged themselves. Or they took advantage of the stupidity of the girl herself. But that’s not the point,” he wrote.
He called this story “wild”, and noted that it is a reflection and consequence of migration policy.
Medvedev also recalled that in 2022, almost 120,000 citizens of Tajikistan received Russian citizenship.
“And I want to ask how many scoundrels like Alisher Karimov are among them?” he wrote.
In his opinion, for the majority of migrants who receive Russian citizenship, “Russia is just food and a base for improving their well-being.”
“They do not respect Russian culture, traditions, Russians after all. They will never integrate. Because they don’t need it. They will bring their traditions and values here,” the deputy wrote.
He also pointed out that members of the diaspora were the first to find the “heroes” of the broadcast, which indicates the inefficiency of local law enforcement officers.
“In general, the situation, of course, is outrageous. Our new fellow citizens mock the girl and broadcast the video. And on the same days, Russian men from the same Samara are dying in Makeevka and still continue to hold the front,” Medvedev wrote, wondering if such dynamics would lead to even more serious problems.
