In Moscow, the growth of a square meter at the “primary” level was +2.5%, up to 356,608 rubles, in the Moscow region +1.7%, up to 189,580 rubles.

On average, in all cities, 1 meter of housing under construction increased in price by 3.6%, to 132,035 rubles per sq. m. m.

The average price of an apartment has increased since the beginning of the year in 60 cities, falling in 10. Price tags have increased most in Magnitogorsk (+12.6%), Cherepovets (+11.9%), Novokuznetsk (+10.3%), Stavropol (+ 10%), Ryazan (+9.9%), Sevastopol (+9.7%), Yakutsk (+9.1%), Simferopol (+8.5%), Rostov-on-Don (+8.1 %) and Thule (+7.6%).

“While the main preferential mortgage program is in effect, new buildings continue to increase in price throughout the country. This is facilitated by both the rise in prices of transportation and construction materials and high inflation, explains Pavel Lutsenko. “As for the supply of new buildings, in the country as a whole it has decreased by 9% since the beginning of the year.”
