Russian lawyers sent an appeal to the State Duma with a demand to legislatively approve the status of “accomplice of a foreign agent” for some citizens. This was reported by the Telegram channel Mash.

There was a loophole in the recently adopted law banning the placement of advertising on foreign agents’ resources. It turned out that enterprising foreign agents began distributing advertising not for money, but for free. Funds for “charity” were withdrawn through shell companies. Companies transferred payments not to the foreign agent blogger’s account, but to other people’s cards.

For this reason, the founder of the Foundation for the Protection of National and Historical Heritage, Alexander Karabanov, proposed establishing a new status of “accomplice of a foreign agent.” This category will include citizens who provide their accounts to receive funds in favor of their foreign agent friends.
