The Ministry of Education announced the creation of the All-Russian Association of Mentors, which will include representatives from various sectors of the economy, education, and culture.
According to Minister of Education Sergey Kravtsov, there are mentors in every industry: in the education system, in production, in culture, in medicine.
“Everyone who starts his career in the profession needs a person who will share his experience with him and help him become a real professional faster,” said Sergey Kravtsov. — This year, a professional mentor standard will be developed, which will allow introducing a new position of “mentor” and fixing qualification requirements for it.
