On June 26, the Pacific Fleet Military Court began considering the case of Private Andrei Divisenko, previously convicted by the Fokinsky Garrison Military Court. The text of the verdict has not been published on the court’s website, but the Investigative Committee (IC) told Vedomosti that in May, Private Divisenko was sentenced to nine years in prison in a general regime correctional colony.
As specified in the department, according to the materials of the criminal case, Divisenko was mobilized in September 2022, and on November 19 of the same year he left the location of the unit without permission and went to the place of residence, where he was until January 10, 2023, when he voluntarily appeared in law enforcement agencies .
