Recall that the Ministry of Defense of Russia in its report indicated that in Kramatorsk the point of temporary deployment of the commanders of the 56th motorized infantry brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was destroyed.
“Garland, there was a whole bunch of American military personnel there, a huge amount,” the former intelligence officer told an interviewer.
Ritter added that American officers flew to Ukraine from Romania in two Black Hawk helicopters with transponders turned off.
According to the ex-intelligence officer, among the Americans who arrived in Ukraine were military advisers, as well as combatants.
