Last weekend in Nadym, Arctic extreme games “Northern Character. Summer”. 340 people took part – not only from the YNAO, but also from other regions of the country. The results on the night of June 26 were summed up by the head of the Nadymsky district Dmitry Zharomskikh.
“The weather on these two days has become an additional test for the track prepared for the athletes. On the first day – rain and wind, today – mosquitoes and midges. I sincerely congratulate the winners. At the same time, I would like to congratulate every athlete, regardless of the result, on their victory over themselves, their fears and doubts. This victory is the most significant,” Zharomskikh announced.
He noted that the competitions were held for the elderly, and for children from three to five years old, babies under one year old and athletes with disabilities.
