Deputy Chairman of the Central Election Commission Nikolai Bulaev said that in Moscow by 10:00 am, 79% of the 7.8 million people who registered had received electronic ballots for the presidential election. “On the federal platform right now… 79% of voters took ballots. A little less voted, and 79% of voters received electronic ballots, this is a very high turnout,” Nikolai Bulaev told reporters (quoted by “RIA News”).
By data Ministry of Digital Development of Russia, the highest turnout of those registered on the DEG platform was in the Kamchatka Territory – 91%. In the Altai Territory, 84% of those registered received electronic ballots, in the Belgorod, Kursk, Lipetsk and Tomsk regions – 83% each.
