In Moscow, the military registration and enlistment office released a mobilized IT specialist with a reservation

The draft commission of the Preobrazhensky military registration and enlistment office of Moscow canceled its decision to call for military service as part of the mobilization of an employee of the IT company Svyaz Service Telecommunications LLC Kirill Erokhov after he was included in the lists of the General Staff. This was reported RBC head of the legal department of the company Igor Lapshin.

In early October, the employee was sent to a training ground in the Moscow region, despite the fact that he had a reservation from mobilization as an employee of an IT company accredited by the Ministry of Digital Development.

Erokhin received his first subpoena on 27 September. He came to the recruiting office and provided all the necessary documents confirming his reservation. However, later, as Lapshin said, the employee of the IT company was given a second summons, according to which he had to appear at the military registration and enlistment office on October 6 “on issues of mobilization training.”

Later it turned out that Erokhin was on the lists of the Ministry of Digital Development, but he was not on the lists of the General Staff. In this regard, the exemption from conscription does not apply to him. After that, he was sent to a training ground in the Moscow region.
