The marks on the ballots in two ballot boxes at two polling stations in Moscow, where the coloring liquid was dumped, were legible, says Dmitry Reut, deputy chairman of the Moscow City Election Commission. He said that these ballots were taken into account when counting votes.
“Otradnoye, PEC No. 690 – 115 ballots, Chertanovo Yuzhnoye, PEC No. 2084 – 217 ballots – everything is readable, the marks on the ballots are visible, everything is counted and taken into account,” said TASS Mr. Reut. He assured that “not a single voice was lost.”
After processing 100% of the protocols in Moscow, Vladimir Putin won 85.13% of the votes in the presidential elections. The candidate from the New People party, Vladislav Davankov, received 6.65% of the vote, Nikolai Kharitonov (Communist Party of the Russian Federation) – 3.84%, Leonid Slutsky (LDPR) – 2.83%. According to preliminary data, the turnout for the elections in the capital was 66%. Voting throughout Russia lasted three days, from March 15 to 17.
