“Due to a technical failure of the software in the registration and examination departments of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the city of Moscow, the provision of public services for registering vehicles and replacing driver’s licenses has been temporarily suspended,” the department said in a statement on its Telegram channel.
They clarified that specialists have already begun to fix the problems.
