The Zamoskvoretsky Court of Moscow will consider a petition for the arrest of former deputy prosecutor Gumer Nafiev. He is suspected of receiving a bribe.
As MK learned, the capital’s investigation went to court with a petition for the arrest of 49-year-old Nafiev. In January of this year, he was removed from his post as deputy prosecutor. The lawyer worked in this position for 13 years. Nafiev is from a prosecutor’s family; his father was the first prosecutor of Tatarstan.
The circumstances of the bribe receipt are not disclosed.
