The Dorogomilovsky Court of Moscow arrested the head of the Center for Corporate Management of the Suburban Complex (TSLP) of Russian Railways, Alexey Belyankin, in the case of fraud on an especially large scale.
Representatives of the court reported that Belyankin was chosen as a preventive measure in the form of detention. The authority clarified that the corresponding decision was made in early November and was appealed by the defense.
It is noted that Belyankin faces up to 10 years in prison for fraud on an especially large scale.
