In the Basmanny district of Moscow, the overhaul of an old house built in 1917 is being completed. House 8/2, building 8 in Maly Trekhsvyatsky Lane was built in the neoclassical style and is an architectural highlight of the Basmanny district.

In 2022, the facade and roof are being repaired in the building, as well as the replacement of in-house engineering systems, all work will be completed in October.

“At the moment, the craftsmen have removed the old plaster and paint layer, restored the brickwork in places of its high wear, and then sealed the cracks with a special building compound. Then they took up the restoration of decorative elements, including complex columns and sandriks. In order to preserve the original beauty of the object, advanced technologies such as laser scanning are used. For additional fragmentation of damaged elements, durable polymer mixtures are used. At the final stage, specialists will apply a frost-resistant solution to protect the facade walls from harmful bioelements, ”the press service of the Capital Repair Fund of Moscow reported.

The truss system on the roof of an apartment building is being replaced. Specialists will have to completely dismantle the dilapidated elements. Instead, they will install new coniferous structures, this will increase the life of the safe operation of the house. Wooden materials will be treated with a fire-retardant solution to reduce the risk of fire.

Residential building 8/2, building 8 in Maly Tryokhsvyatitelsky Lane is part of the complex of residential administrative buildings of the Military Engineering Academy. V.V. Kuibyshev and is a historically valuable city-forming object of the capital. In 1935, the house was rebuilt and redistributed into a residential building for private use. The architect T.Ya. worked on the reconstruction of the house. Movchan under the leadership of V.D. Kokorin. The building with a basement, a basement and an attic has decorative elements (interfloor cornices, architraves, rustication, columns, niches, sandriks). A neighboring house adjoins the end of the building, forming a single look with the object in question. On the main and end facades, the first two floors are expressed in rustication. The windows and the main entrance of the courtyard facade are marked with sandriks. Along the perimeter of the building there are crowning and interfloor cornices.

The Moscow Capital Improvement Program is one of the largest housing modernization projects not only in Russia, but in the world. The program includes more than 28,500 houses with a total area of ​​more than 275 million square meters. m., in which it is planned to repair more than 355 thousand engineering systems and structural elements of buildings and replace more than 112 thousand elevators.

To clarify the timing and types of work under the overhaul program, so-called short-term implementation plans are drawn up. For 2021-2023, such a plan has already been approved. It included 4437 houses of the capital with a total area of ​​34.2 million square meters. In 2022 renovation passes in 1.7 thousand houses.
