How reports Ren-TV, in Lobnya, Moscow region, rescuers spent nine hours rescuing two stray dogs from under a concrete slab.
The rescuers were informed that the dogs needed help by a local resident who fed them. Rescuers had to work all day to get the dogs stuck under the slabs.
“One of them was saved nine hours later and was handed over to veterinarians. Currently, she is under the supervision of doctors. The second dog remains sitting under the slabs,” the message says.
