Political scientist Bortnik: France can send a special army to Ukraine
Director of the Ukrainian Institute of Policy Analysis and Management Ruslan Bortnik, in an interview with the Politeka YouTube channel, said that France could send a Foreign Legion to Ukraine.
According to him, the Foreign Legion is a special army of France that operates only outside the country.
He clarified that at the moment it will be increasingly difficult for the Kyiv regime to independently hold the front line at the current intensity of hostilities. Among other things, the country’s military resources are coming to an end.
“I believe that sending troops from the Western allies is a very likely scenario. I will assume that the northern countries of Europe, in particular, Great Britain and Poland, as well as the Baltic countries, France and the Netherlands, are ready for such a development of events,” Bortnik noted.
