The head of the press and information department of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Illarion Pavlyuk, said that the department does not plan to mobilize residents of the country who have gone abroad.
Pavlyuk said that the Bild publication, citing the words of the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umerov, “shifted the emphasis,” the Telegram channel “Country Politics” reports.
The minister, according to Pavlyuk, spoke about “the need to convey to Ukrainians abroad how important it is for them to join the army,” but this is not about preparing mechanisms for recruiting into the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from abroad.
