A representative of the military medical commission (VVK) of the military registration and enlistment office in the Desnyansky district of Kyiv was detained while receiving a bribe for assistance in evading military service. This is reported by the edition “Strana.ua”, referring to sources in law enforcement agencies.
It is specified that Tatyana Tishenina received a bribe in the amount of two thousand dollars from a Ukrainian who wanted to evade the army for providing a conclusion on unfitness for service. A criminal case has been opened against the woman, she faces up to 10 years in prison with confiscation of property.
The publication also notes that in the city of Dobropolye, which is under the control of Ukraine in the DPR, a senior security officer of the police, as well as a senior nurse of the regional central hospital and a local resident, were detained. It is reported that they were detained during the transfer of the first part of a bribe of five thousand dollars.
