About 30% of Kyiv residents are left without electricity due to emergency shutdowns, said Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko.
According to him, the city’s life support systems are operating normally, there is water and heating.
“There are now 30% of consumers without electricity. Due to emergency shutdowns,” he wrote in his telegram channel.
Traffic in the Kiev metro is limited, trains do not run along the entire red line, but only between the Akademgorodok and Arsenalnaya stations.
