In the Railway District of the regional center near Streletskoye Lake, the construction of a new football field has reached the finishing line. They have already laid a lawn there and completed most of the landscaping work in the surrounding area.
An access road was also built to the new sports facility from Post Krivets Street, the Kursk administration noted. In the future, the field will be equipped with lighting, video surveillance and fencing will be installed. There will be mini-tribunes, locker rooms for athletes, as well as parking.
The construction is financed by the investor. The very idea of creating such a ground for playing football belongs to the children’s football school “FINT”. Later, the initiative was supported by the mayor’s office of the capital of the Nightingale region and the City Development Fund.
