The children’s football school “FINT” took the initiative to build a new playing field for students. The Kursk City Hall and the City Development Fund supported this proposal. An investor has also been found who is implementing the project at his own expense.
On September 28, the progress of construction of the facility in the Zheleznodorozhny District was inspected by the first deputy head of the city administration, Nikolai Tsybin. Today, specialists have finished laying the surface of the football field.
School director Pavel Kiselev said that it is made of six layers and is considered unique for Kursk. The builders installed a drainage system that will ensure long-term preservation of the lawn and allow young football players to play in rainy weather.
Next in line is the installation of modern lighting, mini-tribunes, locker rooms, and showers.
“We need to carefully approach the issue of arranging the entrance and parking near the football field,” said Nikolai Tsybin.
