At the central stadium of Krasnoyarsk, work is underway to renovate the lawn on the football field. By July 6, the old heating system was removed here, the drainage was renewed and the base of large crushed stone was prepared for laying the field. It is on it that special modules (heating tubes) will be laid, which I will fill with fine gravel, and on top – a lawn.
– Most of the time it takes just the preparation of the base, rather than the installation of artificial turf. The completion of all work under the contract is July 31, while the contractor is carrying out these works in accordance with the schedule, Petrovsky said.
On July 12, the Minister of Sports announced that the installation of a heating system had begun at the stadium.
– This is the final stage before the installation of the topmost layer – directly artificial turf, – reminded Denis Vitalyevich. – In addition, on behalf of the head of the region, Mikhail Kotyukov, the territory near the entrance group and near the ticket office of the stadium is being improved. This is the first time this has happened in… it’s even hard to say what period of time. It may very well be that this is generally native asphalt, and he remembers the soles of the builders of our beautiful stadium named after Lenin Komsomol, as well as participants and spectators of the opening parades of the winter Spartakiads of the peoples of the USSR in 1982 and 1986.
