In Komsomolsk-on-Amur, a man threw someone else’s child out of a window – Kommersant

In Komsomolsk-on-Amur, a criminal case was opened against a man who, drunk, threw a little girl out of a window. This was reported press office Department of the Investigative Committee for the Khabarovsk Territory and the Jewish Autonomous Region.

According to investigators, the girl’s mother hired a nanny for her. On the evening of July 20, she and her child went to a neighbor on the third floor, where they started drinking alcohol. When the girl began to cry, a drunken man threw her from the balcony of the third floor to the ground. The girl survived and was taken to the hospital.

A criminal case has been initiated on the attempted murder of a minor (part 3 of article 30, paragraph “c” of part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The court decides whether to place the man under arrest.

In addition, the investigation will check the actions of the mother and the nanny under the article on failure to fulfill the duties of raising children (Article 156 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), as well as the measures of authorized officials of the authorities under the article on negligence (Article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
