Governor of the Khabarovsk Territory Mikhail Degtyarev met in the regional capital with family members of Komsomolskaya Pravda editor-in-chief Vladimir Sungorkin, who died suddenly on September 14 during an expedition to Primorye. The head of the region invited the widow of the journalist Tatyana and his son Grigory in connection with a solemn occasion – the opening of the street named after the head of their family.
The mayor of Khabarovsk Sergey Kravchuk presented the guests with the “Certificate of the birth of a new street”, the site writes KP.RU. It is reported that Vladimir Sungorkin Street will appear at the intersection of Pavlovich and Slobodskaya streets.
The publication indicates that the signs indicating the new street are already ready, they, in addition to the name, will place a QR code leading to the page with the biography of the editor-in-chief of KP.
