A bus driver in the city of Kemerovo caused a scandal when he removed a 12-year-old boy from his vehicle in the cold because he did not have a certificate from school confirming his right to a reduced fare.
A child who paid for a child’s ticket was forced to walk home because of the additional five rubles required to pay the full fare. The Investigative Committee of Russia decided to open a criminal case on this fact.
Doctors are also warning about the dangers of frostbite due to the abnormally cold weather that has settled in the region.
