In Kabardino-Balkaria there will be races in the Elbrus region

The festival will take place from August 2 to 4 in Kabardino-Balkaria. Trail running is a discipline that involves running along natural terrain at a free pace or as part of a competition.
Participants can try their hand at both short routes – 10 or 25 km, or run a ring around Elbrus – this is already 135 km, the press service of the head and government of the republic reported.
The races will take place in the most picturesque places of the western and northern Elbrus region, through tracts and glaciers. For beginners there is an amateur race: from Polyana Azau to the upper station of the Garabashi resort. The distance can also be covered on foot with stops at Krugozor and Mir.
For foreign participants in the ELBRUS WORLD RACE and WEST ELBRUS RACE 80 distances, registration is open until July 1, since participation requires time to obtain a border pass.
It was previously reported that on Elbrus, charging stations for electric vehicles will be included in the Russian Book of Records.
