In Ivanovo this weekend there will be dance fitness training for everyone

The Ivanovo City Hall announces that this weekend, September 16 and 17, outdoor fitness training will be held in the city.
Today at 14:30, under the guidance of licensed instructors, there will be a Zumba training – an incendiary dance, which is a mixture of Latin American styles: bachata, salsa, samba, reggaeton. The training site will be the sports ground opposite the Aquatics Palace.
Another zumba training will take place tomorrow, September 17, at the stadium of school No. 8 on Tashkentskaya, 15. Zumba training will take place here at 16:00. At 17:00, the functional training “Beautiful Body” will begin at the same stadium. In addition, a master class in rhythmic gymnastics will be held at the stadium for children.
Everyone is welcome to attend the training. Age and physical fitness do not matter. For training, you must wear comfortable clothes that do not restrict movement, and take a bottle of drinking water with you.
