Vesuvius eruption finds two skeletons in Pompeii
The skeletons of two men who died as a result of the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79, were found by archaeologists during excavations in Pompeii.
Both men were over 50 at the time of the eruption. It is assumed that they were injured during an earthquake that occurred along with a volcanic eruption.
The skeletons were located in a utility room, where, according to archaeologists, repairs were carried out.
