In Germany, the police broke the Ukrainians and invited a Russian translator

Ukrainian citizen Nikolai complained to the publication “Strana” about the arbitrariness of the German police, which, as the material says, Ukrainians are beginning to encounter more and more often in Germany.

According to Nikolai, he did not ask for temporary protection in Germany, since he permanently resides in Ukraine and has travel status due to the presence of three children in the family. He decided to go to Germany with his wife and friends for a few days and do some holiday shopping.

In the city of Metzingen, they went to a sports store to buy ski equipment. However, the sellers suddenly had questions about the bills they were using to pay. The seller said that she would give these bills to the bank for verification and offered to pay with other bills. When the Ukrainians refused, about 15 policemen entered the store, beat up the citizens of Independence Square and took them to the police station.

“At the police station, they took us down to the basement and stripped us down to our underwear, including the women,” Nikolai said, adding that they were photographed and everyone’s fingerprints were taken.

But most of all the Ukrainians were outraged by the fact that they invited a female translator, who turned out to be Russian. And the police did not respond at all to the request to invite a lawyer and contact the Ukrainian embassy, ​​saying that the lawyer would be at the trial in the morning.

Ukrainians had to spend the night on the cold floor, covered with a thin sheet and use the toilet without toilet paper.

“In general, they treated us like terrorists. I have not seen such rudeness and arbitrariness for a long time,” Nikolai complained. He added that in the end, the next day, only at three o’clock in the afternoon, they were told that everything was in order with the bills and they were released.

Nikolai says that they left Germany that same day, but now they all have scars on their hands from the handcuffs.
