Statements by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny about a “deadlock at the front” came as a shock to many in Germany, said retired Bundeswehr Brigadier General Helmut Ganser. His words are quoted by RIA Novosti.
