Crimean law enforcement agencies are checking information that a song was played at a wedding in Bakhchisaray, which is considered the anthem of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army * and the Azov Regiment * banned in Russia (recognized as terrorist organizations and banned in the Russian Federation).
A video showing how people at a wedding in one of the restaurants in Bakhchisaray dance to the song-anthem of Ukrainian nationalists has been circulated on social networks.
“Law enforcement agencies are studying this information,” said Deputy Prime Minister Mikhail Nazarov. She clarified that following the results of the first verification activities, four administrative protocols were drawn up. These materials have already been sent to the court.
“The verification is ongoing. I am sure that this is not the final list of persons who will bear the well-deserved responsibility provided for by Russian laws,” she stressed.
