Crimean Agriculture Minister Andrei Savchuk resigned due to the incomplete utilization of budget funds by his ministry in 2023. This was announced by the head of Crimea Sergei Aksenov. According to him, the management of the department allowed incomplete cash disbursement and, as a result, the return of funds to the federal budget.

“In this regard, the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Crimea, Andrei Vladimirovich Savchuk, wrote a letter of resignation and will be relieved of his position,” Aksenov wrote in his Telegram channel. The First Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Alima Zaredinova, was reprimanded for improper performance of official duties.

In addition, Sergei Aksenov promised to reprimand the Minister of Health of Crimea Konstantin Skorupsky and the First Deputy Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan Olga Rastrigina. However, in general, according to Mr. Aksenov, the level of executive discipline and utilization of budget funds in 2023 was the highest in the republic over the past ten years.
