The head of the region explained that we are talking about the territories of the urban districts of Armyansk, Dzhankoy, Kerch, Krasnoperekopsk, as well as Dzhankoy, Krasnoperekopsky and Leninsky districts. In addition, it continues to operate at the facilities of a number of regional departments, including the Crimean Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities, the Ministry of Health, etc.
Aksyonov added that the situation in Crimea is fully controlled by the authorities and law enforcement agencies.
On October 19, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree introducing a “medium response” regime in eight border regions – Crimea, Sevastopol, Krasnodar Territory, Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Kursk and Rostov regions (some of which were subjected to shelling from Ukraine).
Yesterday, December 21, the high level of terrorist threat was extended for another 15 days also in the Belgorod and Kursk regions.
