Employees of military commissariats accompanied by OMON in Chelyabinsk handed the summons migrants at the Chinese market in the Metallurgical District. This was reported by the local newspaper “31”by posting video footage.
According to the TV channel, a total of summonses were handed over to seven men. Three were taken to the military registration and enlistment office for military registration.
