They said that on January 19, the head of the government of Chechnya, Muslim Khuchiev, and the minister of industry and energy of the region, Adam Khakimov, met with the leadership of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade.
“In the framework of these meetings, the issue of launching the production of the Jihad Machine at the production base of Chechenavto LLC was discussed, followed by testing at the Russian University of Special Forces,” they said.
In addition, they want to build a large center for the repair and maintenance of military equipment in Chechnya.
As the agency notes, earlier the government of Chechnya announced plans in 2023 to create an automobile cluster based on Chechenavto. The company already produces cars Lada Granta and Gazelle Next.
Earlier in 2017, the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov informed about the launch of production of a new three-seat combat buggy “Chaborz M-3”, which was developed by the International Training Center for Special Forces with the participation of the engineering company F-motorsport.

The special military operation began on 24 February. Russian President Vladimir Putin called the protection of the inhabitants of Donbass, as well as the demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine, its goals. During the special operation, Russian troops took full control of the LPR, as well as most of the DPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions. Subsequently, these territories became part of Russia, and on October 19 martial law was introduced in the regions.
