In the city of Chebarkul, Chelyabinsk region, a management company repainted a yellow and blue fence near an apartment building after a resident complained that it resembled the Ukrainian flag. This was reported in the Criminal Code serving the house on Wednesday.
According to Natalya Kesi, the senior master of Sfera LLC, which services this house, the residents of the house themselves painted the fence in yellow and blue, 2 years ago. It is located near the house number 52 on Kashirina street. According to her, at that time there was no NWO in Ukraine.
“As a result, after 2 years … the woman decided to file a complaint with the police, saying that this color reminds her of the flag of Ukraine,” Kesya said.
As the senior master noted, “this is an ordinary color, it is not prohibited.” “We also have a church of this color,” she added.
But now the fence has been repainted. As the master said, “there are red, and green, and blue” colors, but “yellow is definitely not there.”
She also clarified that the woman who complained about the color of the fence also complained to her neighbor, who was involved in painting the fence.
The press service of the city administration said that the district commissioner of the intermunicipal department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia “Chebarkulsky” had a conversation with the residents of the house and found out that “there was no intent when painting the fence.” The fence was painted with the paints that were available. But now, in order to avoid further development of this conflict, they decided to repaint it, taking into account the opinions of other residents of the house.
